March Break Camp 2026

Monday, March 16 - Friday, March 20, 2026 - March Break Camp

During our full-day camp programming, children will participate in a variety of art-themed activities, outdoor play, art lessons and so much more! The program is for children ages 5 – 12.  There are only 12 spots available, so register today to secure your child's spot!

Drop-off: 8:30-9:00am | Pick-up: 3:30-4:15pm

Please pack 2 snacks, a lunch (peanut-free), a water bottle, and weather-appropriate clothing. 

Registration Information (*IMPORTANT*)

To register your child(ren) for the ICAC's camp, please complete both steps:

1. Fill out the Camp Registration Form found HERE (once submitted, the form will automatically be emailed to the ICAC).

2. Return to website to pay the camp registration fee

Please note, after submitting the registration forms, payment for camp can also be completed in-person at the ICAC office (Mon - Fri, 9am - 4pm) or over the phone at (519)-485-4691.  Reach out to the ICAC office for more information.

Cancellations/Withdrawal Policy: All cancellation requests must be submitted by email directly to the office at ingersollcreativearts@gmail.com. Cancellation requests must be received prior to 10 business days before the start of the affected camp session to receive a refund. Refunds will be issueds using the original method of payment whenever possible and are subject to a $10 administrative fee. Any refund requests received less than 10 business days prior to the affected camp session or during a camp session will not qualify for a refund. ICAC has the right to refuse a refund for circumstances that arise outside the reasons listed above. The ICAC reserves the right to cancel any program where registration numbers are not adequate to run an effective program. If the program is cancelled by ICAC, a refund will be given. A refund will not be issued if a child is sent home from the program for an illness, injury, or behaviour.
