My alcohol ink classes are all about playful experimentation, bold splashes of colours, and creating one-of-a-kind abstract masterpieces. Whether you're a total beginner or a seasoned creative, you'll love watching the inks dance, blend, and transform into art that's uniquely yours.
It's less about perfection and more about the joy of discovery - so come ready to explore, relax, and have some colourful fun!
Your abstract masterpiece will be created on 11x14" yupo paper, perfect for framing and hanging up in your home! You'll also receive a smaller size to practice on before starting your 11x14 piece. And don't worry, if you "mess up" (psst - there's no such thing as messing up) it is a very forgiving medium! But I will help guide you every step of the way to achieve your desired outcome!

Youth Pottery: Hand Built Bowls

In this fun and creative pottery class, young artists will explore the art of handbuilding using coils to create their own unique bowls. Students will learn the techniques of rolling, stacking, and shaping clay coils to form functional pieces. Pieces will be dip glazed by instructors following the class.

Mini Valentine's Day Gingerbread Houses

Get "Hooked" on Rug Hooking
Sunday, February 8, 2026
Join us to try your hand at rug hooking! In this casual, hands-on class, participants will get a feel for rug hooking basic shapes with yarn and come out with a small rug hooked piece which can be used as a coaster/mug mat! Participants will learn the basic practice of rug hooking as well as how to finish a piece with a basic glued edge backing. No kits or complicated patterns necessary! Materials and tools will be available to participants for the duration of the class.
If you'd like to continue on in your rug hooking journey after the course, kits with tools will be available for purchase directly from the instructor (cash only).

Improve Your Throwing: Bowls with Keri
Saturday, January 10 - 24, 2026
**Pre- requisite: Beginner pottery class, ability to centre and grow 1 pound of clay.
Learn to throw various sizes and shapes of bowls and trim the finished pieces. Take this class individually or along with the Improve Your Throwing: Plates class.

All About Coils with Jeff Lounsbury
Thursdays, January 22 - February 5, 2026
Learn the ancient art of coiling large pots in this three-session class. Participants will create small or large coiled pots, according to their level of expertise.
Must have familiarity working with clay. All three sessions are instructional--glazing to be completed by participants outside of class time.

Hoilday Pottery Trees (Evening)
Wednesday, Nov. 26 & Dec. 10, 2025
[EVENING SESSION] In this beginner-friendly pottery class, participants will hand build a beautiful holiday tree (approx. 13'' tall) out of clay. Finished trees can function as luminaries or simply festive holiday decor! Choose from a set design or bring your own ideas to create a unique tree design. No experience necessary.
In the first session, participants will be creating their trees out of clay, then glazing in the second session.

Beginner Wheel I with Kristine Woodruff
Thursdays, January 8 - February 26, 2026
Learning something new and get messy! This introductory wheel throwing class will help you get your feet wet in the world of wheel. The class runs seven sessions with one break week on February 19.

Learn to Use Spoonflower

Learn step-by-step how to transform your art into usable material for your next project! Over the course of this class, instructor Ann Marie Patrick will guide participants through the process of using Spoonflower, an online program where artists can have their own original artwork custom printed into high quality fabric or paper. Participants must bring a tablet or laptop with digital photo files of their own original artwork (copyright free).
