Quilting for Beginners - 12 classes
So you want to learn to quilt!! In this 12 session course (some classes will be held in the New Year), you will learn how to choose fabric, different types of block construction, block assembly, basic drafting, basic hand and machine quilting, and how to make a binding. Finished project will be a bed sized quilt top.

Enlarging Designs
Would you like to transpose a photo, picture or scene into fabric? Learn how to enlarge a special design into a wall hanging size using an overhead projector.

French Braid Quilt - 2 days
Learn the basics of French Braid Quilts while making this simplified version. Access to book -French Braid Quilts by Jane Hardy Miller is required.

Simple Drafting Techniques for Quilters - 2 wks
Understand the basic structures of block design and learn easy steps to achieve blocks of any size.

Exploring Two-Block Quilts - 4 wks
Let's explore combining two different-pieced blocks & see what fabulous designs emerge! The first night we will experiment with EQ7 to select the blocks for your project. The remaining 3 weeks we will work on block construction & quilt assembly. A great beginner design class and opportunity for technical skill development.

Feathers Everywhere - 1 day
Machine quilt with confidence. Learn feather designs that are creative, stunning and all free motion. The usefulness of feather in quilting is limitless. Some machine quilting experience required.

I Love My Teddy - 4 wks
Make a cuddly, traditional, jointed teddy bear for your little one of yourself. Complete kits will be supplied by instructor - Faux fur @ $35; Mohair @ $75. Must register by March 19 for kit assembly!
